Short Sleeve Holdout

This is a home-made short sleeve holdout that was used in poker games, to hold out an extra card. Such holdout is commonly worn under the sleeve of a Hawaiian shirt. The holdout man reaches under the sleeve to "relieve an itch" and deposits, or retrieves, a card.
