This news report is not even about a casino scam, but rather about a rather odd event that happened at a casino. Make a long story short, some guy walked into a casino and put down a bag of weed, as a bet, on a hand of 5-Card Bud. This video ended up on this site just because the incident happened at a casino. But since this has nothing to do with cheating there is really not much I can say, other then suggest that you watch the video, purely as entertainment.
